In Bethlehem, there are friends, a small group of just over 10 people living in a beautiful town yet struck by war, fear, and violence.
In Bethlehem, something strange happens: a small group of just over 10 people, whenever you meet them, is a group of 20, 30, 100 friends. They are the Holy Land Living Stones, an original presence that —in a dark time when, to keep the night at bay, the desire of everyone is to lock themselves in their homes alone, in silence, and safe— opens the door and goes out to visit friends, children, the elderly because they feel an urgent need to share something precious they have discovered, something that is for everyone.
Living Stones Necklace
This necklace is a reflection of the Living Stones, it's made with pieces of reality, shapes left over from other works, re-observed and reassembled for someone.
Around the neck, there is a thick piece of black, opaque, as dark as the night, but not empty. Above it, there’s a small light, a mirror, a tiny piece of gold that emerges from the black, that opens doors, that reflects the light and illuminates everything.
That little golden piece, which clearly mirrors all the light it finds, represents them: the Holy Land Living Stones.
